Job Description
10-4 Logistics USA is hiring CDL-A regional drivers based in Hamden, Connecticut, for its Northeast fleet. This position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically operate throughout the Northeast, from northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
Top regional drivers on this fleet earn up to $1,850 per week. Additional compensation includes $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and each additional stop, $65 for Long Island deliveries, and $12.50 per hour in detention pay after two hours.
Drivers handle a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network. The operating area generally extends from Virginia to Maine, with typical freight moving from northern North Carolina to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio. Occasional routes outside the primary operating area may be assigned to help maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
Drivers who choose to remain on the road rather than return home for their weekly reset may be able to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay. Willingness to drive in New York City is preferred but not required.
