Responsibilities Plan and execute an integrated content calendar across the websites, email, social media, local search, and professional channels for both brands. Translate project activity, design expertise, and product stories into polished case studies, short-form content, thought leadership, and lead-nurture assets. Maintain distinct brand standards and coordinate photography, partnerships, press, and community opportunities. Track traffic, inquiries, conversion performance, and channel results in a concise monthly dashboard. Improve local SEO visibility across Charlotte, SouthPark, Ballantyne, Myers Park, Lake Norman, and surrounding service areas. Qualifications 3+ years managing content or digital marketing for a premium service, design, architecture, construction, real-estate, or lifestyle brand. Portfolio demonstrating strong copy, campaign planning, visual judgment, and measurable results. Working knowledge of Webflow or comparable CMS platforms, email marketing, analytics, SEO, and social scheduling tools. Excellent editorial judgment, organization, and ability to work independently from an approved strategy.
