Job Description
We’re hiring a Kitchen Cook to join our team at our independently owned and operated Dash In franchise location. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in serving fresh, made-to-order food, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare fresh, made-to-order food quickly and accurately
• Operate the fryer to prepare chicken, fries, tots, and other menu items
• Work the grill and stove to prepare burgers, breakfast items, and other hot foods
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety procedures
• Keep cooking stations clean, stocked, and organized
• Monitor food quality and cooking times
• Assist with food preparation and restocking
• Work with the team to keep orders moving during busy periods
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
What We’re Looking For
• Previous restaurant, fast-food, or kitchen experience preferred
• Experience working with fryers, grills, or stovetops is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Able to communicate and work well with a team
• Willing to learn our menu and preparation standards
Schedule
Full-time and part-time positions are available. Specific schedules and shift availability will be discussed during the hiring process.
