Recruiter

The Recruiter's primary responsibility is to continually improve the organization's ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. This position will follow robust recruiting strategies to attract active and passive talent into the organization, and will build effective relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing hiring manager relationships. The Talent Acquisition team is a key contributor to our mission, and we provide the talent to deliver on this mission to our patients.

Responsibilities

Communication and Collaboration

• Partner with team leads and other leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
• Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
• Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders, and HR Business Partners.
• Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
• Establishes, develops, and maintains excellent relationships with sources of employee referrals (i.e. schools, colleges, universities, professional licensing and state boards, etc.)
• Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timelessness of recruitment process.

Recruitment Activities

• Follows full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across process levels.
• Coordinates the organizations participation in and attends recruitment fairs, trade shows, open-house events, etc. to promote the career opportunities available within the organization.
• Actively participate in staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.

Quality and Performance Improvement

• Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity for assigned portfolio.
• Ensures time management plan for their portfolio is met on weekly and monthly basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position Requirements: Experience: 1 year of Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience Education: Bachelor's degree
