Job Description

We are seeking an Apprentice Electrician with commercial top out experience to join our team working on tenant finish out and renovation projects. This position involves primarily indoor work and offers a long-term opportunity for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and skillset. Candidates must have their own tools, reliable transportation, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Pay ranges from $25 to $26 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installation in commercial tenant finish out and renovation projects
• Perform wiring and conduit work using hand and power tools
• Interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to support installation
• Maintain and organize tools and the work environment
• Support troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems as needed
• Apply safety procedures and regulations on job sites
• Participate in training sessions and electrical licensing coursework
• Manage work independently or as part of a small team (2-5 members)
• Travel frequently between job sites

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical work experience
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship program
• Current Electrician apprenticeship TDLR Licensing
• Proficiency using hand and power tools for electrical tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ownership of personal tools and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of electrical experience beyond apprenticeship
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Strong teamwork skills
